The automatic terazzo floor tile press has 5 rotating stations with a perfect vibration and (http://maplered.com) hydraulic system designed to produce quality Tiles (http://www.g682.net) with a high production capacity. Terazzo floor tile machine has a plc(prgrammable logic control) system which controls the process by maintaining the defects to a minimum level.

Through an lcd monitor, the operator can configure and (http://maplered.com) control all the process according to the production requested.


The terazzo floor tile production process has two options as follows:
1. Two layers Tiles (http://www.g682.net) : Where the Tiles (http://www.g682.net) are composed of two layers(one mosaic and (http://maplered.com) an other mortar)
2. One layer Tiles (http://www.g682.net) : Where the Tiles (http://www.g682.net) are composed of only mosaic layer, in this case the vaccum system is used.


We have designed the system in a very user friendly manner so that no expert worker is needed to operate the machine. All the operations are executed automatically by the machine and (http://maplered.com) command (http://maplered.com) ed through the automation program within the plc.
